Wednesday nights -  from 7pm to 10.30pm

Everyone is invited. This is usually a very enthralling and dynamic experience. Dr. Yong or one of his Masters will attend to you. Anyone from the public can attend. Non religious, non occult, and non sectarian.  Reiki will also be available. 

Meditation - A Source of Peace & Calm
Tuesday nights -  from 7.30pm to 9.30pm

Meditation is aptly described as "Me Directing Myself to a Station".   In essence, meditation allows one's awareness to become 'rejuvenated'.

Experiences during meditation probably vary significantly from one individual to another. Relaxation, increased awareness, mental focus, clarity and a sense of peace are the most common byproducts of meditation. Relaxation is a part of meditation, which attempts to transcend the thought processes.

For peaceful relaxation and stress relief in a demanding, fast paced world, people have resorted to meditation.

The most common physiological effects of meditation are reduced blood pressure, lower pulse rate, decreased metabolic rate and changes in the concentration of serum levels of various substances.

Dr Yong's meditation session is in its most simplest and natural form (no autosuggestion or religious input). Each will find his/her own calm and peace. There is no candle, joss stick, altar, or incense. Dr. Yong believes in the most natural state of well being!
